Welcome to Energy Shift! I am looking forward to hearing from you and learning the ways in which you feel stuck in life. The pictures above are of me before I really dug into my self work and then one of me after. I am smiling in both, but I was actually pretty miserable in my body suit (as I liked to call it). 

I have attended Unleash the Power Within by Tony Robbins, participated in an awakening retreat in Puerto Rico, and have found mentors along the way who have been instrumental in helping me change my life. I know what it felt like before I had these people in my life to help guide me and show me the light that allowed me to finally see, love, and accept the person I was meant to be. Through these amazing transformation experiences, I knew that I wanted to be a part of that change in other people's lives. 

My goal is to help guide you while your job is to do the work, show up for yourself in ways you never have before, and we can walk through fire together.
